Speaking of my father, being a good provider he handed me a money to buy a gift to his beloved wife. My father is always like that, he preferred me choosing a gift to my mother than him - you know just like in academic classes, you have your teammates whose role is to answer your financial needs to the group. With that, somehow I am relieved.
I can easily bluff this poignant feeling I am having because in the business where I am currently involved, it must always to have a happy disposition and optimistic aura. What's funny is that, this kind of personality I project to the business is being brought up in my real life, and it changes me for the better. Anyway, our maid and I went to the mall to buy a present for my mother.
I chose a traveling bag as a gift as they will go to Davao this December. Instead of writing 54th, I make her like a debutante, as the paper bag is so teenage and assuming that my father wrote the letter, on the closing remarks I put "from your 20-year old husband" as my father will have his 21st birthday on the 22nd. Too much eccentricity, eh? Well, it's just a way of easing what I am feeling. Happy birthday to you again, mother!
