Your Life's Playlist: Turning Page by Sleeping At Last

While I was reviewing Breaking Dawn Part 1, I had a Last Song Syndrome with their love scene that it felt like the song seems perfect for your dream wedding even if you are very far from that life stage yet. Turning Page are just one of the songs that seems so adorable and profound for your day when the man you love is in the altar waiting for you, while yourself is walking in the aisle.
Twilight Breaking Dawn
Love is just one of the craziest feeling you'll ever get in this world full of concerns. Bliss, contentment, perplexed, obsession, emotions, and selflessness... maybe those are just some of the words that can be defined by the many when you will let them define love, but mostly, you will hear them say, "no perfect word for such a succumb feeling." You love when you give, when you have the time and generosity without expecting anything in return which implies that, "you cannot love without giving, and you cannot give without loving." Right?

So Turning Page by Sleeping At Last will let you imagine how it feels like to be in love, i bet you'll scrutinize well the lyrics. Love!

I've waited a hundred years
But I'd wait a million more for you
Nothing prepared me for the privilege of being yours
If I had only felt the warmth within your touch
If I had only seen how you smile when you blush
Or how you curl your lip when you concentrate enough
I would have known what I was living for
What I've been living for

Your love is my turning page
Only the sweetest words remain
Every kiss is a cursive line
Every touch is a redefining phrase
I surrender who I've been for who you are
Nothing makes me stronger than your fragile heart
If I had only felt how it feels to be yours
I would have known what I've been living for all along
What I've been living for

We're tethered to the story we must tell
When I saw you well I knew we'd tell it well
With the whisper we will tame the vicious scenes
Like a feather bringing kingdoms to their knees

  1. Yup, its one of my favorite song too though I don't like it to be in twilight movies at all. I like how the song played in piano and you can feel the heaviness and seriousness in the melody. The lyrics is great though it should be sung on wedding days LOL.

  5. love love love... It is like a piece of cake that everyone craves for but now everyone gets to have it atleast not yet, some has to wait for another batch to get a piece of it so be patient and wait for your turn people, sometime soon you'll be served with your best slice of love. I have "The Breaking Dawn 1" but haven't seen it yet, it's probably because I'd enjoyed watching it when I'm watching with my wife who doesn't feel like watching it for now.

    Thanks for sharing this.

  12. How come I didn't notice this song when I watched the movie? Ugh! It seems like I lost half of the movie itself. What a great song!
