This year's Blogapalooza was held at SMX Convention Hall in SM Aura. The event was hosted by Vincent Golangco, founder and publisher of wheninmanila.com. Compared from the past Blogapalooza, which was held at Fully Booked, this year's venue was way bigger. The event took place at Bonifacio Highstreet II. There were numerous booths that each offered a token for all the 500 bloggers who attended the event.
The guests shared their expertise in promoting and blogging products and services. Jason Cruz and Karen Bordador highlighted the power of social networking and vlogging (video blogging).
I would have loved to sit down and listen to the speakers but the booths and the dynamic crowd made me and my cousin eager to roam around and complete all the signatures at the back of our ID passes instead
I personally loved the food booths since my blog focuses on dishes that I get to taste everyday whenever I go to malls for a business appointment or when I hang out with my friends or family. Anyway, moving on to the topic, some of the food establishments present were Chook's To Go, Gavino's Donuts, Figaro, Chef's Noodle, Plato Wraps, Tempura Grill, Flavours of China. These booths surely filled up the bloggers in attendance!
Also, there were activities that my cousin and I got to enjoy since there were also some games offered in other booths. We played "spin the wheel" at Megaworld Online's booth, tried the electricity buzzer game by GrabTaxi, and tested our knowledge in Mind Museum's Q&A. There was also a raffle where I won a cute Line stuffed toy from Megaworld and a mouse from gurkka.com.
Blogapalooza 2013 was a successful event, and it definitely inspired me to continuously learn and grow as a blogger. My first Blogapalooza event is definetly unforgettable!
