  5. The facilities and the unit look great, but I would prefer owning my own house and lot than a condo unit. It has a great locations as well.

  6. I agree with Papaleng, the location is very strategic. And as long as the property is near the schools and shopping areas, the value will never go down. The two bedroom units are a bit larger compared to the average 2 BR units in most condos.

  10. I wish I could own a condo there! :) My unit is just in Davao city but if I only have lots of money, I'd definitely get condo units from top cities in the country.

  11. I've been to this area but I'm not quite sure if the location is 'habitable'. It's along Aurora and that place is kinda dirty, IMO. Interiors look nice though.
