My Titanium Experience with Saladmaster

Eating healthy and delicious food are one of the few things that adults love yet don’t have the luxury of time to do it. Because of the hectic lives we live in, sometimes the friend we can rely on the kitchen is the microwave or the frying pan and the oil. In this scenario, it is just sad that eating becomes a need than a want.

Saladmaster, a cookware made in the USA, can answer the dilemma of preparing healthy and delicious food in a snap. In my experience, the corporate representative was able to prepare three meals in a span of one hour. How amazing is that?
My mom and Ms. April

To start, she introduced to us their Saladmaster Machine with 5 cones. The 5 cones have the slicer, the waffler, the French fries cutter, the stringer and the shredder. It’s so great that we don’t need to slice tons of veggies to have the salad we want. This summerslaw salad is divine! Check the video to know how this works.

The next cookware is my favorite. This 12” electric skillet does not need oil or butter for this meat to be cooked. So cool, huh? The skillet is preheated to 230 degrees Celsius. Drop a little amount of water then if the water rolls, the skillet is already up for cooking. This skillet has a timer so you can leave this at bay to cook another meal! Set the timer for 20 minutes on the meat side then, 10 minutes on the skin side.

Moving forward to the next meal, we used the 11” large skillet to cook the fish. What’s amazing is that we did not use water for this meal to get cooked!

Saladmaster has Vapo-Valve™ technology and semi-vacuum cooking method that makes cooking more efficient and precise. The Vapo-Valve creates a semi-vacuum cooking environment that locks in moisture and maintains food's natural flavor. Moreover, it clicks which means it tells you to reduce the heat.

True enough, the taste of this one is very mind-blowing like it’s cooked from the restaurant when in fact we just covered the skillet and left it.

April, the corporate representative, also showed to us a test of the differences of the aluminum pan, non-stick pan, stainless steel, and their 316Ti titanium stainless steel pan. She let us taste the baking soda and water so we can base how the taste differs when the baking soda and water mixture is already heated with the following cooking pans mentioned.

Of all the heated pans with the baking soda and water mixture, the one that has the most awful taste came from the non-stick pan. This is because it has a processing agent called Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) to make non-stick and stain resistant materials. This acid has been linked to cancer and birth defects and is in the blood of 95% of Americans.

We think that the cookware we use is safe to cook our food but after tasting the heated mixture, it does taste toxic except for the titanium stainless steel pan of Saladmaster. April borrowed our aluminum pan, used a new dishwashing scrub and cleaned our cooking pan by the use of baking soda. You would not believe that this grayish liquid comes from our cooking pan when we think that it is cleaned. Imagine the oil and the grayish liquid are always ingested in our body. It is hard to believe that the food we thought is clean is really not that safe. Sad reality.

It is good to know that I get to experience and see myself that the 316Ti titanium stainless steel interior resists chemical reaction with the acids and enzymes in the food compare to other cooking pans that we usually use. Moreover, this cookware has a lifetime warranty!

If you are interested in experiencing this, let me know!
